Nothing reaches a parent until your coach has approved it.

Who's behind NextSet Report
I'm Rashid Baset. I started NextSet Report to give club parents a clear monthly picture of their junior's progress, without adding work for your coaches.
I'm not a coach. I built this so your coaches don't have to do the paperwork; they stay the tennis experts, and the report goes out in their name.

Questions directors ask
- How much coach time does it take?
- About 2 minutes of filming and about a minute of approval per junior each month, about 3 minutes in all. For 30 juniors, that's about 90 minutes a month.
- What does it cost?
- After the free month, it's $60 per enrolled squad junior per month, which clubs can fold into tuition. For a squad of 20 juniors, that's $1,200 a month.
- What do I tell a parent who asks what tuition pays for?
- Show them the notes. Each month has the coaching hours from your schedule, the scores, a clip and the next step.
- Who handles filming consent?
- Your club collects written filming and sharing consent from a parent at enrollment, on your own forms. We keep a copy and log the date. No consent means no filming and no clip, and that junior's note says “No clip this month.”
- Who sees the video?
- Clips are private to the family and the club, and are never used in marketing without separate written consent.
